Neil Nitin Mukesh is on a roll. The Johny Gaddar star has two concept-driven films in quick succession. First up is Bejoy Nambiar’s David in which he plays one of the three Davids in the film — a 1980s gangster in London. Next is a film titled 3G which also stars Sonal Chauhan and Mrinalini Sharma. It is a horror film about a second-hand 3G mobile! The actor, who has a penchant for unusual films, is clearly excited about both.

Deepika’s slew of films — Ayan Mukherji’s Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (with Ranbir Kapoor), Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram Leela (with Ranveer Singh) and Rohit Shetty’s Chennai Express (with Shah Rukh Khan) — has made it almost impossible for her to fit in a film with one of her most coveted stars, Salman Khan! Deepika is trying hard to fit in Salman’s Kick in her already tight schedule. We hear that all she can manage are around 15 days. Good luck girl. The man with the Midas touch is waiting for your dates.

Sunny Deol is taking a leaf out of Dad Dharmendra’s comedy films. The action hero begins his year with an out-and-out comedy titled I Love New Year . The story is about two people who meet in New York on New Years’ Eve and what happens thereafter. Cast opposite Kangna Ranaut, Sunny’s act has reportedly echoes of Dharmendra’s Chupke Chupke . This film is also the first in a year filled with films boasting of unusual pairs!
