Shopping for a cause

Her filmy career may not have exactly taken the upward route, but Gracy Singh is still grace personified. After fantastic performances in “Lagaan” and “Munnabhai MBBS”, Gracy went out of circulation, but last week we caught her shopping at a marketplace for products by sidelined workers organised by the NGO EmpAower. The actress picked up some Kantha quilts and other ‘green’ products for herself.

Fat to fit

Trust Salman Khan to get away with the cheekiest remarks. Of course, the repercussions of his latest dare are yet to be observed but the buzz is that the bratty Khan managed to say something outrageous to Rani Mukherjee when she came along with her co-star Shahid to promote their film “Dil Bole Hadippa” on the sets of “Dus Ka Dum”. After talking about how fit Shahid was looking in his recent films, Salman turned to Rani and told her: “You better watch out too. For, if you give up now, you will spread sideways! If we don’t like what we see in the mirror, how will the audience?”

Clawing back

Emraan Hashmi, caught red-faced and in denial after crying hoarse about discrimination over a real estate buy in Mumbai, is now trying his best to regain popularity. His next film, “Tum Mile”, with Soha Ali Khan, a love story in the backdrop of the Mumbai floods, is releasing soon and he doesn’t want to be remembered for the earlier ruckus. So, Emraan has started talking about his new look in the film and challenged us to find any other actor who experiments with his looks as much as he does. Please take a quick glance at the accompanying picture and feel free to answer him.
