Lyricist Vaali has been put on ventilator support at a Chennai hospital on Wednesday. The 81-year-old poet-lyricist has been ailing for a while and was admitted to hospital a month ago with respiratory problems.
Vaali’s illustrious career in the Tamil film industry spans more than five decades.
