It centres around troubled relationships with family but is also about hope.

Before Sunrise has been an inspiration for people all over the world since its release in 1995. An interesting take on a clichéd story of two strangers meeting on a train, instantly clicking and then spending an evening together in Vienna, the movie is all about conversations. Filled with romantic gestures, furtive glances and incredible passion, the movie fills you with a bittersweet joy.
Before Sunset

A stunning sequel to the enchanting Before Sunrise, it was everything the audiences wanted. Nine years later, the movie is based in Paris where the two (Jesse and Celine) meet and pick up where they left off in Vienna. Hesitant, comprehending their feelings for each other, the movie is filled with tension and longing. With the characters older and more experienced now, the conversations are deeper. With Jesse married and a father now, circumstances are different, but feelings aren’t.
Inglourious Basterds

As titles go, Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds is one of the very best. Partly lifted from an obscure 1978 flick by Enzo Castellari, its eye-grabbing, demented heroism places it high in the cultural pantheon. Thinking of it as a historical fantasy unbound by usual dramatic conventions would be true. Mostly, it’s a brilliantly woven action thriller, sliced into five chapters. Tension is evoked, but never mounts. Intrigue is created, but never sustained.

Based on a novel by Leo Tolstoy, the movie captured every bit of the magic the book created. With Keira Knightley as Anna, the movie dances around beautifully and leaves you entranced. Woven around the concept of forbidden love and the consequences of it, it’s a breathtaking watch.
