It isn’t new for producers to cash in, literally, on blockbusters by releasing dubbed versions of old films starring the hero in question. Following the massive reception to Baahubali , its hero Prabhas’ 2010 Telugu film, Darling , is now being dubbed into Tamil, and its no-nonsense title is, Prabhas Baahubali !
Bhadrakali Films that has brought in dubbed films like Idhu Dhaanda Police and Magadheera , is the production house behind this dubbed film that also stars Kajal Aggarwal, and Prabhu in important roles.
“Prabhas and Kajal Aggarwal play characters who have grown up studying together. The story is how their friendship transforms into love when they meet at a reunion years later,” says the film’s director, A. R. K. Rajaraja.
