Viking Thunder Clap
If it is Haka for New Zealand's Rugby team, it is Viking Thunder Clap for Iceland's football team. The slow chant followed by clap figured for the first time when the Nordic nation stunned Austria in the qualifiers. The debutant team marched up to the quarter-finals and so did the 'Thunder Clap'. The applause became so famous that France, which defeated Iceland, too celebrated its victory with the Viking Thunder Clap.
Oops moment for a reporter
During incessant rains in Pakistan, a reporter interviewed a child standing on a flooded street. He asked: "What are you doing here when it's raining?" And the child innocently answered, "I was standing upstairs. You called me here." When the world is debating manufactured news, this must have been be an embarrassing moment for the reporter, who went on to explain what actually happened. But the Pakistan-based Dunya News was so sporting that they put the entire clip out on Youtube.

A boat carrying around 400 migrants was drifting in the Mediterranean Sea without power. Spanish volunteers fixed it and guided the migrants to shore. Little joys in times of uncertainty do need celebrations. The footage released by Proactiva Open Arms, a Spanish NGO, shows this.
