Satya Nadella asks youth to learn from others' mistakes

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said that he had built his career by learning from others' failures and wanted young entrepreneurs at the T-Hub in Hyderabad to follow the formula for growth.

Microsoft Chief Executive Officer Satya Narayana Nadella on Monday visited the T-Hub Tech incubator after a breakfast meeting with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Telangana IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao, Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, Nasscom Chairman B.V.R. Mohan Reddy were among those who welcomed the Microsoft CEO. As soon as Mr.Satya Nadella arrived at the T-Hub incubator in IIIT Hyderabad, he was briefed about the T-Hub facilities by the Telangana IT Minister.

The IT Secretary Jayesh Ranjan also expalined in detail about the T-Hub facilities and the support given to Start-ups. There was a double bonanza for the tech incubator at T-Hub as Infosys Chief Executive Officer Vishal Sikka also dropped in to listen to the Microsoft CEO.

Interacting with the people at the T-Hub, Mr.Nadella said that Artificial Intelligence was the future of the IT industry. "Importance of failure lies in what u learn from it; failure by itself cannot be celebrated," opined Mr. Satya Nadella.

At the T-Hub encouraging those aspiring to become big players from the Start-up stage, he said that he had built his career by learning from others' failures and wanted young entrepreneurs at the T-Hub in Hyderabad to follow the formula for growth.
