Prozone Intu, which has developed shopping malls in Aurangabad and Coimbatore, plans to complete a similar project in Nagpur in three years. Nikhil Chaturvedi, Managing Director of Prozone Intu, told The Hindu on Wednesday that it was building about 350 houses in Nagpur and will develop a mall soon. The company has about 20 million sq.ft land bank in Mumbai, Coimbatore, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Indore and Jaipur. In any city, it will go in for mixed development with residential units, common amenities and shopping mall. When there are structural changes in the economy, it will change the way other countries look at India and the country can attract more investments. “We are not looking at raising funds now. If we have more ideas, we would not be constrained by capital requirement,” he said. There are supply chain and logistics challenges now because of implementation of GST. But these are expected to be settled in the next few months as entrepreneurs will easily adapt to changes, he said.
