Taxi For Sure, an aggregate of taxi and car rentals, formally launched their new category of Nano Taxis in the city today.
With this move, the company plans to make in-city travel more convenient and affordable.
Raghunandan G., Co-founder and CEO of Taxi For Sure said, “The aggressive growth that the taxi industry is seeing requires innovative ways to bring more cars to the road. With the Nano service, we intend to give innovative and cost affective services to our customers”.
The Nano service well be available exclusively on the Taxi For Sure mobile app and mobile site in the ‘Pick Now’ option which makes a cab available between 5-15 minutes.
The service will be priced at Rs. 25 for the first 2 km and Rs. 10/km thereafter.
Going forward, the company plans to launch Nano services in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
