Inno GeoCity announced on Friday the launch of second phase of its project at Oragadam on the outskirts of Chennai. Addressing presspersons here, Kalyan Jayaprakash, Director, Inno GeoCity, said the project would consist of 200 units of contemporary bungalow apartments and independent villas. Built to international specifications, the European styled 4-in-1 bungalow apartments would be high on aesthetics and yet functional in design, Mr. Kalyan said. The project would consist of 2 and 3 BHK (bedroom-hall-kitchen) bungalow apartments and 4 BHK villas.
He said the first phase, comprising 459 residential units with villas, row houses and semi independent houses, was completely sold out. The project was fast progressing and would be delivered by May 2012.
To be developed in phases, the township would have 4,000 dwelling units having four million sq.ft. of built-up area over a period, Mr. Kalyan said. The company has also entered into a tie-up with world renowned The Indian Public School (TIPS) for establishing CBSE school and outdoor learning centre. Mr. Kalyan said this would form part of the first phase of the project. According to Ashok Kumar, Chairman, TIPS, the school would cater to about 1,200 students. The outdoor learning centre would serve as a unique interactive educational space. It would house science exhibits developed in technical collaboration with California State University and Exploratorium – San Francisco providing engaging learning environment.
Spread over 131 acres, Inno GeoCity is located at the rapidly growing world-class industrial belt southwest of Chennai.
