Mumbail: The country’s largest realty company, DLF, today said it is mulling to integrate group entity Caraf Builders & Constructions and its subsidiaries with DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd.

Caraf Builders & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is a promoter group company. DLF Cyber City Developers is a wholly—owned subsidiary of DLF Ltd. Both are engaged in a similar business —— development and leasing of commercial properties.

DLF would hold tomorrow a board meeting to discuss the integration plan.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said the board would discuss integration of Caraf Builders & Constructions together with its subsidiaries with DLF Cyber City Developers.

The integration is “subject to requisite approvals,” it said.

Shares of DLF were trading at Rs. 381, down 0.42 per cent, in morning trade on the BSE.
