Polaris Financial Technology, on Wednesday, announced that it had entered into a business purchase agreement with Pyxis to strengthen its consulting capabilities.
Pyxis, which is a specialised player in technologies for global markets, would help Polaris with its market solutions, according to a press release. “This agreement would reinforce our expertise in the consulting business. We are happy to have a team of domain specialists from Pyxis joining us,” the release quoted Kedarnath Udiyavar, Head of Polaris FT Consulting, as saying. The details of the contract, however, were not disclosed.
