Volkswagen on Thursday announced the launch of a new variant of its sedan Vento in India, priced at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
The new variant, Vento TSI, which comes with 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine, will initially be available in select cities across the country, the German car maker said in a statement.
The new model comes with various features including anti-lock brakes (ABS), an electronic stabilisation programme (ESP), hill-hold function and dual frontal airbags, the company said.
