Bosch to hire 3,200 engineers

Auto component manufacturer Bosch is planning to hire 3,200 engineering graduates in India this year. This is part of the company’s plan to recruit 12,000 trained graduates worldwide in 2015. According to a release, the countries with the greatest need for recruiting trained graduates are India, China and Germany. Apart from 3,200 hires in India, Bosch is planning to make 2,600 fresh hires in China followed by Germany.

“We are increasing the number of associates hired for software design and development. As connectivity expands in every business sector from mobility solutions to industrial technology, the importance of software does, too,” said Christoph Kübel, Director of industrial relations, Robert Bosch GmbH.
