BCCI interim president Shivlal Yadav said the Board would act against anyone found guilty by the Supreme Court in the IPL 2013 corruption scandal.

“The Board will not hesitate to take action against anyone found guilty if the honourable Supreme Court finds so in the wake of the recent match-fixing scandal,” Mr Yadav said on Monday. “Let us get hold of the copy of the complete report, study it thoroughly and then seek the legal counsel as to what options we have moving ahead,” he said. Mr Yadav said the matter “will be discussed at the working committee meeting tomorrow [Tuesday] in Chennai”.

Chennai Sports Reporter adds:

N. Srinivasan is expected to attend the working committee meeting as Tamil Nadu Cricket Association president. A TNCA official said Mr. Srinivasan had been attending meetings in his capacity as TNCA chief.
