Mystery shrouds death of four YSRC activists

Four YSR Congress activists of Kadapa district, who were booked in a case following an altercation with TDP functionaries over allotment of ration shops in Bhadrampalli village in Thonduru mandal in Pulivendula constituency on December 11, died in suspicious circumstances in Bengaluru on Thursday.

Two of the deceased were identified as Chennakesava Reddy and Mohan Reddy, according to the police.

They were among nine YSRC activists, against whom a case was registered on a complaint filed by TDP activists.

The cause of death was not yet known, police said.
