A nine-year-old boy was killed when the wall of his school collapsed on him at Kudiyampatty in Harur on Tuesday.

Vishal, son of Sasikala and Veerabadran, was studying in IV standard in Kudiyampatty Government Primary School.

On Tuesday, when the boy was near the rest room abutting the wall, it suddenly collapsed injuring him. Vishal was rushed to Harur Government Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
