Railways will operate special trains between Mumbai Bandra/CSMT/ Pune Junction and Mangaluru Junction/ Kochuveli/Ernakulam Junction to clear the extra rush during summer in coordination with the Konkan Railway, the Central Railway, and the Southern Railway.
A release from Konkan Railway here said Train No. 09009 Bandra (T) – Mangaluru Jn. (Weekly) Special on Special Fare will leave Bandra (T) at 11.55 p.m. on Tuesdays from April 16 to June 4 to reach Mangaluru Junction at 7.45 p.m. the next day.
Train No. 09010 Mangaluru Jn. - Bandra (T) (Weekly) Special on Special Fare will leave Mangaluru Jn. at 11 p.m. on Wednesdays from April 17 to June 5 to reach Bandra (T) at 7.30 p.m. the next day.
The train will halt at Borivali, Vasai Road, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, Thivim, Karmali, Madgaon Jn., Karwar, Kumta, Murdeshwar, Bhatkal, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Kundapur, Udupi, Mulki, and Surathkal stations.
CSMT-Kochuveli
Train No. 01065 Mumbai CSMT - Kochuveli (Weekly) Special will leave Mumbai CSMT at 11.05 a.m. on Mondays from April 15 to June 3 to reach Kochuveli at 6.40 p.m. the next day.
Train No. 01066 Kochuveli - Mumbai CSMT (Weekly) Special will leave Kochuveli at 11 p.m. on on Tuesdays from April 16 to June 4 to reach Mumbai CSMT at 8.20 a.m. on the third day.
The train will halt at Dadar, Thane, Panvel, all other stations of Bandra-Mangaluru Jn. Special till Mangaluru Junction, Kasargod, Kannur, Kozhikkode, Shoranur Jn., Thrissur, Aluva, Ernakulam Jn., Shertalai, Alleppey, Kayankulam and Kollam stations.
Humsafar Special
Train No. 01467 Pune Jn. - Ernakulam Jn. (Weekly) Humsafar Special will leave Pune Jn. at 7.55 p.m. every Monday from April 15 to June 3 to reach Ernakulam at 1.30 a.m. on the third day.
Train No. 01468 Ernakulam Jn. - Pune Jn. (Weekly) Humsafar Special will leave Ernakulam Jn. at 3.45 a.m. on Wednesdays from April 17 to June 5 to reach Pune Jn. at 12.25 p.m. the next day.
The train will halt at Chinchwad, Lonavla, Kalyan Jn., and all other stations of CSMT-Kochuveli Express till Ernakulam Jn.
