July 07, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:37 am IST - HYDERABAD:

Justice A. Ramalingeswar Rao of Hyderabad High Court on Monday declared that the court will pronounce orders in the cases filed by the engineering colleges on Tuesday evening.

The judge was dealing with cases filed by engineering colleges challenging the action of the JNTU Hyderabad. They contended that refusal to grant affiliation to colleges and reducing intake is based on untenable grounds. The government told the court that the quality of education in engineering colleges is alarming and hence the JNTU has taken steps to see that faculty and laboratory facilities are available in colleges. The judge said that the orders will be pronounced on Tuesday evening.
