Cantan, renowned for its culinary adventures, is set to unveil a gastronomic delight with “An Ode to Chinese Cuisine,” curated by culinary icon Charles Ma.

Chef Charles Ma, known for his passion and expertise in Chinese cooking, brings forth a menu inspired by his upbringing in Kolkata’s vibrant Chinatown. Despite lacking formal training, Ma’s journey through esteemed establishments across India and abroad has cemented his legacy in the culinary realm.

Collaborating with Chef Martin Gomes of Cantan, Ma expresses his pride in presenting a menu filled with authentic flavours, reminiscent of his childhood. “An Ode to Chinese Cuisine” promises to captivate Bengaluru’s Chinese food enthusiasts with its array of signature dishes, including Classic Chinese Fired Chicken and Sesame Shrimp Toast.

Beef Tenderloin with Zha Chi and American Chop Suey will also be served as a part of this food pop up which is open for both lunch and dinner served from 12PM to 3:30 PM and 7:30PM to 11:30PM.

To complement the exquisite Chinese fare, Cantan offers a selection of Summer Special Cocktails, including the refreshing Cool Summer and the exotic Mango Basil Sour.
