In a game where New York Knicks star Kristaps Porzingis sprained his right ankle less than three minutes from the start, Enes Kanter led from the front to take his team past the Miami Heat.

Kanter scored 22 points and added 14 rebounds as the Knicks beat the Heat 115-86.

Sterling stunner hands City 12th successive victory

Raheem Sterling scored a dramatic winner yet again as his goal in the 96th minute handed leaders Manchester City a 2-1 win over Southampton, their 12th consecutive Premier League win.

There were wins for Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Burnley as well on Wednesday, while Wayne Rooney scored a splendid hat-trick in Everton’s 4-0 win over West Ham.

In Ligue 1, Paris Saint-Germain now have a 10-point lead at the top, thanks to a 2-0 win over Troyes. Neymar and Edison Cavani were once again on the score sheet for PSG, who were rather sluggish despite earning all three points.
