Cybernet-Slashsupport (CSS), provider of technology solutions, has announced the acquisition of Texas-based Glow Networks, a telecommunications services and engineering company providing end-to-end network services and the remote infrastructure management services (RIMS) business unit of the Boston-based InteQ, provider of on-demand IT services management.

Cash deal

Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Nick Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of CSS Group, said that the acquisition had both components of initial and earn-out payments. However, he said the entire deal was in cash. He said CSS would add telecommunications and IT convergence services to its offerings through the acquisition of Glow Network along with its 400 employees in the U.S. CSS would add 30 customers and partners with the acquisition of the remote infrastructure management services (RIMS) business unit of InteQ.
