Coffee Day posts a net profit of 21%

During the fourth quarter, the company posted revenues of ₹1,322 crore against ₹1,130 crore, a year-on-year growth of 17%.

Coffee baron VG Siddhartha owned Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd has posted total revenues of ₹4,264 crore during the fiscal ended March 31, a 13% growth over last year's revenues of ₹3,788 crore.

During the fourth quarter, the company posted revenues of ₹1,322 crore against ₹1,130 crore, a year-on-year growth of 17%.

Company's net profits after tax for the whole year and last quarter were ₹128 crore and ₹26 crore, year-on-year growth of 21% and 4% respectively.

During the year, the company posted an EBITDA at ₹961 crore 15% year-on-year increase while its EBITDA for fourth quarter was ₹253 core, 17% growth over the corresponding quarter a year ago.

The company in its filing to National Stock Exchange said EBITDA for the period Q4FY19 & FY19 includes exceptional gain amounting to ₹25 crore and ₹98 crore respectively on account of fair valuation/sale of our equity stake held in a small product engineering company, Global Edge Software Limited, in Bangalore.

The company's PAT for the period Q419 and Fy19 includes exceptional gain amounting to ₹17 crore and ₹68 crore respectively on account of fair valuation/sale of our equity stake held in Global Edge Software.
