Southern Railway to operate special trains

The Southern Railway will operate special trains between Chennai Central and Ernakulam via Salem, Erode, Tirupur and Coimbatore to clear the rush.

Train no. 06182 Chennai Central – Ernakulam ‘special fare special train’ will leave Chennai Central at 6.20 p.m. on January 25 and will reach Ernakulam at 7.30 a.m. the next day. The train will stop in Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tirupur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Thrissur, Aluva and Ernakulam Town.

Train no. 00643 Ernakulam Junction – Chennai Central ‘Suvidha superfast special train’ will leave Ernakulam Junction at 8.20 p.m. on January 26 and will reach Chennai Central at 8.35 a.m. the next day. The train will halt at Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam and Perambur.
