MLC and Member of ‘the Progressive Democratic Front Yandapalli Srinivasulu Reddy demanded that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) management fill all vacant posts at the earliest. Staging a protest at the TTD Administrative Building, led by Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) on Saturday, Mr. Reddy said 5,300 posts in the organisation had been lying vacant for a decade. “The TTD should create 10,000 new jobs to handle pilgrim rush, which has gone up to more than a lakh every day,” he added.
