‘Big Change without Big Spending’ was the motto for governance which the Aam Aadmi Party presented before a gathering at the final dialogue of its Delhi Dialogue series on Tuesday.

Promising a more digitised and accessible government, if it gets another shot at power, the AAP announced that all government services and forms would be made available online and on the phone.

This was declared by party convener Arvind Kejriwal during the Delhi Dialogue themed “Governance, Lokpal and Swaraj”.

A party leader said, “Data on government projects, performance, accounts and personnel will be made transparent and online. ”

Reiterating its commitment to the Swaraj Bill which “realises the idea of self-governance on top of good governance”, AAP leaders promised that decision making at the micro-level would revolve around local communities.

“A Citizen Local Area Development Fund will be given to every Mohalla Sabha and Resident Welfare Association, thus devolving funds, functions and functionaries to the smallest,” said a statement . “The AAP resolves to pass the Delhi Jan Lokpal Bill after coming to power ,” said the statement.
