BIG DAY: Audio release of "Nagaram".

The audio of Avini Cine Max's “Nagaram” was released by Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi recently. Produced by Kushboo, the film has been directed by her husband, actor-director Sundar C.

The cast of the film includes Vadivelu, Anuya, Ponnambalam, G. Srinivasan, Bose Venkat, Besant Ravi, Vichu Viswanath, George and Mariya.

The camera is cranked by Chelladurai, and the music is scored by Thaman S. for lyrics by Vairamuthu.

Sundar C, who plays the lead, says the film is about a group dancer in films, an ordinary, young, middle-class man.

There are six numbers in the album, and the best is ‘Thiki Thiki' by Ranjith and Megha. In the voice of Priya Hemesh comes the impressive ‘Yen Peru'.

‘Kuthudhu' has been sung well by Naveen Madhav. ‘Puducha' is a nice number by Rahul Nambiar and Sri Vardhini, as is ‘Eraivaa', rendered powerfully by Ranjith, Rahul Nambiar and Naveen Madhav.

The last number in the album is ‘Theme of Love', a lovely piece.
