Ayushmaan Arjeria bows out

Anya Jacob knocked out top seed Isha Shree Shah of Nepal 6-3, 6-4 in the girls’ first round of the Sports Boulevard Asian under-14 tennis tournament at the DLTA Complex here on Monday.

In the boys’ event, second seed Ayushmaan Arjeria was beaten 2-6, 6-0, 6-4 by Raghav Harsh and third-seeded Rayyan Sajjid Koothrat went down 7-5, 6-4 against Manas Dhamne.
