Gunmen shoot, injure Libya’s Navy chief

The chief of Libya’s Navy, Hassan Abu Shanaq, was injured in an attack in Tripoli, a military official said.

Gunmen in a car shot at Abu Shanaq while he was on his way to work, Navy spokesman Ayoub Qassem told LANA news agency.

Abu Shanaq’s driver and two bodyguards were wounded.
