A young dream

I have been reading Young World since I was five. I simply adore reading YW. I try to read it as soon as it arrives but school awaits. I like it when Tuesday is a holiday, because I can read YW right away.

Very creative

How shall I put my enthusiasm for YW in words? In 2005, when I was in Std. I, I began to read the YW. I use to read YW first on Fridays and then on Tuesdays. I was very interested in reading it. I love the short stories, puzzles, jumbles and games. It encourages kids to think creatively.

Vivid memories

That day is still fresh in my mind. My grandfather advised me to develop the habit of reading I got acquainted with the YW in 2003. Reading YW has helped me enrich my vocabulary, impart new ideas and made me more creative. Reading YW was always a pleasurable and enjoyable experience. I eagerly wait for Tuesdays and my day doesn't end without going through the YW thoroughly. I'm highly grateful and indebted to The Hindu for bringing out such a wonderful magazine which is leaving an indelible imprint on the young minds.

Pure magic

Even though I am in college, nobody can stop me from reading Young World. “Reliving the magic” makes me emotional and so does the 20 yrs of an aesthetic newspaper. Every issue has always attracted me and my brother. I am sure the magic of it will appeal to all the kids to whom I recommend it too.

Great day

I remember the day when my dad forced me to read the Young World. I was in the great dilemma about what to read! Then I read one article and got very interested in it. Seeing me read, my younger sister also started reading it. Now every Tuesday we read the Young World with great interest. We also fight with each other to read it first. But to stop the fight, my father asked the newspaper agent to give us two copies of the Young World. Both of us have a scrap book of the cuttings from Young World.

Long time friend

I am a reader of YW for a long time. My sister Risty and I always look out for YW on Tuesdays. We cut out some articles from YW and preserve them. My parents insisted that I read YW. I was seven years old. I like the comics too. The YW Quiz has also helped me win quiz competitions. It has also improved my English.
