German Chancellor Fellowships For prospective Leaders 2017 The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation grants up to 50 German Chancellor Fellowships to university graduates from five countries every year, including India. Up to 10 scholars from each country who have an international outlook and initial leadership, are given the opportunity to spend a year in Germany, networking with other prospective leaders from abroad to explore new solutions to the global issues of our times. Eligibility: Students with bachelors or any equivalent academic degree with proven leadership experience, an independent research project plan and fluency in English language can apply. Scientist scholarship for Research in S & T (WOS-B) 2016 Department of Science and Technology seeks proposals from women scientists and technologists who wish to utilise their scientific knowledge and temperament on delivering concrete societal solutions by way of development of viable technology/technique and/or lab-to-land technology transfer, its adaptation and scaling up. Eligibility: Students going for M.Phil, M.Tech., Ph.D., M.Sc. or equivalent course, between 27-57 years of age group and having a break in their career.
