Jyothi’s health improving, say hospital authorities

Oommen Chandy, Chief Minister of Kerala visited BGS Global Hospitals to meet Jyothi Uday who was attacked in an ATM kiosk in Bangalore.

Oommen Chandy, Chief Minister of Kerala visited BGS Global Hospitals to meet Jyothi Uday who was attacked in an ATM kiosk in Bangalore.

Jyothi Uday, who was attacked inside an ATM kiosk near Corporation Circle on November 19, was shifted to the ward from the intensive care unit of the BGS Global Hospital on Thursday, a hospital spokesperson said.

Chief Minister of Kerala Oommen Chandy visited her in the hospital on Thursday. He wished her speedy recovery and said that any help, if needed, would be extended to her by the Kerala government.

N.K. Venkataramana, vice-chairperson of the hospital, said that Ms. Jyothi Uday’s health condition was improving “tremendously”.
