The Special Court for ACB Cases here on Thursday issued summons to Telugu Desam MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah to appear before it on March 31 in the cash-for-vote case.
The charge-sheet in the case was already filed by Crime Investigation Department officials in the court. Earlier, the MLA was examined by the CID officials for his alleged role in the case. Accepting the charge-sheet, the court issued summons to the MLA for appearance.
