The company ended up raising over $150,000 through its crowd-sourcing programme.

At 23 years old, Rohildev N is not only the CEO of RHLvision Technologies, a company he founded just two years ago, but he will also be one of the youngest conference speakers at the Mobile World Congress trade fair here, in what is a sign of India´s growing clout amongst the global start-up community.

RHLvision shot to fame after it became one of the few Indian start-ups to succesfully crowd-source funding from Indiegogo for its wearable ring product called 'Fin'.

Fin, which claims to turn a user´s palm into a number keypad and a gesture interface, allows users to interact with appliances like televisions as an alternative to a remote. "Rohildev was influenced by the field of gesture input systems. He will be speaking on emerging markets and the next wave of digital entrepreneurs," the GSMA Mobile World Congress website says.
