LG launches Optimus Pro G smartphone

LG plans launch up to 30 new models across price range by the end of next year.

Korean handset maker LG on Thursday launched Optimus Pro G, priced at Rs.42,500.It runs on Android Jellybean operating system, and is powered by a 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad core processor. It boosts of a 5.5 inch full HD display and has a 13 megapixel rear camera. “We were reshaping our mobile phone business. It took us and one-and-half years to do so,” LG India Managing Director Soon Kwon said.
