Though Athar Aamir-ul-Shafi Khan, who came second in the UPSC exams, has said, “where you come from doesn’t matter”, it does actually, especially in his case, for the people of troubled Jammu and Kashmir. His success should now greatly inspire the youth of this State as most of them appear to be misled and misguided by various destructive elements. One hopes that the Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister uses his example to tell people in her State about choosing the path to success.
