The dictatorial regime of Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe is already into its fourth decade (editorial, Aug.20). He is a disgrace to democracy and a major stumbling block to Zimbabwe’s growth.
He is nearing 90, but has apparently no intention of relinquishing power. Calling Zimbabwe a democratic country is an aberration.
