Grim reminder

The Boston marathon bomb blasts are a grim reminder to all that terrorism is still prevalent in the United States. America’s measures to exterminate terror after 9/11 have been so successful all these years that this unfortunate incident has put its security and intelligence under the scanner. Terrorism seems to be feeding on itself worldwide. One act of terror gives rise to another in a different country, and this has become the order of the day. Not a week passes without reports of terror attacks in some part of the world. It is time the world taught the perpetrators of terror a forbidding lesson.
