The report, “India rejects Maldives offer” (Feb. 9, 2018), erroneously referred to Ahmed Mohamed as Maldives High Commissioner to India. It should have been Ambassador .

A sentence in the article, “What is pulse polio” (Feb. 3, 2018) read: “The two remaining viruses that are

circulating in Pakistan and Afghanistan are WPV-1 and WPV-3.” It should have read: “The two remaining viruses,

now seen in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nigeria , are WPV-1 and WPV-3.
