Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Friday inducted six Ministers of State and expanded his Cabinet, aiming to meet his target of netting all the 26 Lok Sabha seats during the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

As of now, the Modi Government had seven Cabinet Ministers and nine Ministers of State. With the inclusion of six junior Ministers, including Jaswantsinh Bhambhor, Dilipsinh Thakore, Chhatrasinh Mori, Vasan Ahir, Jaydrathsinh Parmar and Jayesh Radadia, the total strength has increased to 22 in a House of 182. Of the newly inducted Ministers, five had earlier served as Minister of State in the previous Modi government.
