Irom Sharmila, who has been on fast since November 4, 2000 demanding the repeal of the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958, has been remanded in judicial custody for 15 days. Talking to journalists on Tuesday when she was produced in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Imphal east, she slammed armed groups saying she does not support the view that revolution cannot be brought about without guns.
