J&K Finance Minster Haseeb Drabu on Wednesday reiterated that adopting the GST regime “will not impact the State’s special constitutional status” and hinted at reaching a consensus with mainstream political parties.
“A false perception is being created on GST and dilution of J&K’s special status. It is written in the Agenda of Alliance that there would be no compromise on the existing constitutional position,” said Mr. Drabu in Srinagar.
