In a fresh setback to former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the State BJP on Monday elected his detractor Gopal Bhargava as Leader of the Opposition in the State Assembly.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the BJP legislature party, where Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and State in-charge Vinay Sahasrabuddhe were present.
