Suspected Maoist guerrillas torched machines of a road construction company in Bihar’s Buxar district early Saturday, police said.
The JCB machine and one tractor were set afire at Dumraon in Buxar, about 125 km from here, creating panic among the workers and the company officials.
“The Maoists apparently targeted the construction company for levies,” a police officer said.
