Ruling party JD (U) MLA Shyam Bahadur Singh has again been caught on camera gyrating to music with bar girls at a function in Siwan.
The party has sought an explanation from the third-time MLA who, on several earlier occasions too, had been spotted shaking a leg with dancers at functions.
The new video emerged on Sunday, showing the sexagenarian Shyam Bahadur Singh, who represents Barhariya constituency in Siwan district, dancing with bar dancers at a function said to be organised in his constituency. It was uploaded on You Tube and then went viral on social media. He was in the headlines recently for trying to enter the Assembly on an elephant, but was stopped.

The MLA, however, said the video was two years old and he had apologised for it. “If someone proves this is a new video, I will resign from the Assembly. I will also file a case against those airing the old video to malign me,” said Mr. Singh.
