Minister of State for Home R.P.N. Singh also told the House that there were no reports to suggest that youth victims living in relief camps in Muzaffarnagar were being provoked by various operatives of terrorist organisations.

“As per report from the state government of Uttar Pradesh, the death of 33 children up to the age of 15 years were reported to a Committee set up by the state government in response to a direction of the Supreme Court,” Mr. Singh said in reply to a written question.
