‘Bihar@2025 campaign is political stunt’

Expelled RJD MP and chief of newly-floated Jan Adhikar Party, Pappu Yadav on Wednesday described the ‘Bihar@2025’ campaign launched by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar as a “political stunt” and urged the Election Commission to stop it.

“Launch of ‘Bihar@2025’ by Kumar is a political stunt which the EC should stop as model code is in action in view of election to 24 seats of the State legislative council next month,” Mr.Yadav told reporters. Mr. Kumar launched the campaign on Tuesday to ensure public participation in policy-making and to produce a vision document on development for the next 10 years.
