Three joint toppers in Kalaburagi

Saheeda of Noble English-Medium High School in Kalaburagi city has emerged the joint SSLC topper in the district by scoring 620/625 marks.

Apart from Ms. Saheeda, two others — Dhulappa Naganna of Matru Chaya High School, Sedam town, and Bhagyashree of Narmada Girls’ High School, Sedam town — have scored 620 marks.

Sharanabasaveshwar Residential Public School has once again emerged as the top school with a large number of students scoring over 600 marks. Of the 553 students who appeared for the exams, 514 have passed. While 58 have scored more than 600 marks, 255 have passed with distinction (scoring 85 to 95 per cent) and 237 have passed with first class. The school topper is Shubam Basavaraj Kudambal with 617 marks, followed by Vishal Mugali with a score of 616.

Solid results

The students of Mother Teresa English-Medium School also performed exceptionally, with the school getting a pass percentage of 98.99. Sripriya G. Kulkarni has emerged the school topper with 618 marks. Out of 61 students who took the exam, 30 have passed with distinction.

Sri Guru Vidyapeetha High School achieved cent per cent pass result, with all its 145 students passing with flying colours. Forty-four of them scored more than 90 per cent marks, with Santosh Shivaraj emerging the topper with 617 marks.

Kayaka Foundation English-Medium School also had a good result, with 90 out of its 91 students passing.

Kanmas Gurulingappa Patil High School had a pass percentage of 100, with all the 46 students passing, including seven with distinction. Srinitya B. Srinivas was the topper with 612 marks.

Sardar Vallabhai Patel Memorial High School had a 99 per cent pass result, with Navali Pallavi emerging the topper with 613 marks. Nine students secured distinction.

Hussain Public School had a pass percentage of 97. Out of the 70 students who wrote the exam, 26 secured distinction.
