Ramya, MP, who is contesting the Lok Sabha elections as the Congress candidate from Mandya Lok Sabha constituency, will be filing her nomination papers on March 26.
Ms. Ramya, who was one her way to New Delhi, confirmed this for The Hindu over phone.
She had earlier said she would be filing her papers on Monday. Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee G. Parameshwara and other leaders will be present when Ms. Ramya files her nomination, according to Mandya District Congress Committee president M.S. Atmananda.
