After having resolved a long succession row through mediation, the two swamijis, who were involved in a legal battle over the succession at the Moorusavira Math, shared the stage in Hubli on Monday to launch the “Nitya Dasoha” at the math.

They not only declared that they were “good friends” and would continue to be so, but also vowed to work for the development of the math.

The religious and social activities of the Moorusavira Math, which was founded in the 12th century, had taken a beating after the succession row entered the court of law more than a decade ago.
